DEVICE REPAIR QUOTATION
The repair price quoted by Device Fixx is an estimate only, based on the information you have provided to our system on the website or in person. It is possible that the price to repair the unit is higher than the estimated price (for example, if the information provided was inaccurate, or if your unit has other faults). On these occasions you will be contacted via email or phone to authorize a new repair quotation. If we proceed with a repair as per request with the customer, then customer will be responsible for paying for the service in full or the standard inspection charge before the Device is returned to you.
if there is MINIMUM SERVICE FEE it will be discussed before proceeding

Data Backup
We recommend to take backup before customer handover device to us.

LIQUID OR PARTICLE INGRESS DAMAGE REPAIRS
Liquid and Particle ingression damage repairs can be very temperamental and are carried out on a “best endeavors” basis. On occasions the original fault can reappear after the unit has been repaired and sometimes the faults can even get worse after a period of time. Only exception is if we specifically state device has had an “Advanced” repair and we are going to put 3 month warranty on it.
NOTE-There is no warranty on liquid damage repairs as faults can come back due to water damage to device so we do recommend backup your information .

THE REPAIR PROCESS
Customer agrees that any faults, internal damage or any other issues which can be found during the assessment of the device appeared prior to sending bringing your device to us. Customer also accepts the risk of power failure of the device ( which can make it unusable ) during the repair process as the result of violation of the usage conditions such as liquid damage, presence of corrosion, physical /impact damage misuse etc. Customer agrees that some cosmetic defects may appear on the housing of the device during its dis-assembly.
Devices found to have sustained liquid ingress or impact damage, and devices deemed ‘dead on arrival’ (DOA) will not be covered by the three month Labour warranty on completion of repair / replacement.

Diagnosis Fee
It is the non-refundable fee that is paid up-front. This fee covers the time spent by the technicians/engineers/admin in processing, disassembling and diagnosing the device to find the possible reasons for device failure.
No, Fix No Charge: No Fix-No charge policy applies only on repair and service charge and excludes the initial diagnosis fee.

Restocking Fee
There will be 20% restocking fees if customer change mind not to go ahead with repair or want to do from somewhere else.

Disclosure
Device Fixx is not liable to disclose any information about our suppliers or the type of products supplied to us or any other queries related to parts used/recognition.

SHIPPING 
Shipping Is solely the responsibility of the Customer. Device Fixx Shall not be held liable for any item lost or damaged in transit. Any device sent to us shall be done so using a Tracked Courier service only. With tracking details recorded and supplied to us upon dispatch.

Non-stated Issues
Issues not stated by the client would not be diagnosed and Device Fixx is not liable for anything other than the stated issues. The client must highlight each and every issue that needs to be diagnosed and repaired. Anything not stated is beyond the scope of the diagnosis process and will not be covered under the guarantee either.

Device Storage Policy 
If the device has not been collected within 30 days after the quote or repaired acknowledgment from Device Fixx, then Device Fixx  holds the right to recycle the device and is not liable to any client or third party.

7 Day Right of Exchange
The customer can return any product for an exchange within 7 days of purchase. On the condition that the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice OR GST Receipt. If you change your mind we won’t be able to offer Exchange of Product

• Sim Cards

Refund Policy
We do not have to provide refund if you change your mind about a purchase –so please choose carefully.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Any warranty claim for any repair/replacement that Device Fixx have DONE within the warranty period can only be verified solely by Device Fixx and no other parties and can only be claimed by the original customer not by third party unless permission given by Device Fixx in writing.

If you claim warranty on a Device that we have repaired and you notify us about the problem, you have 7 week days ( within the actual warranty time frame) to get the device to us before the Claim is void. exceptions will only apply if customer can prove they where out of the country or immediate family death sickness or illness prevented the warranty on the Device from being assessed by Device Fixx or by Prior arrangement in writing by Device Fixx .

If a warranty is to be claimed on a repair for an installed part and the part has other physical damaged or functionality issues caused by the customer or third party that stop us from getting a manufacturers warranty from our suppliers then we are unable to pass that warranty on and Device Fixx Manufacturers warranty will be VOID.

OUT OF MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
Device Fixx is an out of manufacturers warranty repairer , approving the commencement of the repair/replacement of Device could void any factory/manufacturers warranty left on your device. If your device was under factory or manufacturers warranty, that warranty becomes void if the device has been damaged, and will still be void after we repair it. We take no responsibility for any factory or manufacturers warranty except for our own repair warranties.

Payment 
Full payment is strictly due on collection of your device.

Note: Physical Damaged and Liquid damaged device doesn’t cover under the warranty at all
